I'm loving my membership at the Y!!  Today I did 30 minutes of interval walking on the treadmill plus 45 minutes of a step aerobics class.  Weight Watchers has an activity tracker.  You earn points based on the level of activity and the duration.  With Curves I earned 2 points every work out.  Today's step class was 8 points alone and then 2 more points for the treadmill!!  I hope it reflects on the scale this week.  I've talked so much about exercising that we decided to do a citywide membership so Ron can work out near his office and I can start taking the older 4 children on alternating days.
